<p>Vendor and Purchaser—Contract for Sale of Interest in Land—Construction.</p> <p>A contract providing, “I, G., hereby agree to sell and convey to F. all my interest in 320 acres of land at the rate of $14 per acre,” construed, and held to be a contract providing for the sale of an interest in the land at the rate of $14 for each acre in the entire tract.</p> <p>Hook, Circuit Judge, dissenting.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
