<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Alimony — Allowance in Absence of Husband — Stipulation. It is held that under the circumstances stated it was error to deny a petition to set aside an allowance of alimony made in the absence of the husband induced by a stipulation that such allowance would not be asked.</p>
