Syllabus

The trial court did not err in granting appellees' motion to dismiss appellant's petition for a writ of mandamus ordering appellees to make available the records requested pursuant to R.C. 149.43. Appellees had no duty to grant appellant's public records request because the requested records included information that appellees were not permitted to release pursuant to R.C. 3701.17. Judgment affirmed.
