Syllabus

<p>Contract — Evidence—Parol evidence — Nonsuit.</p> <p>Where a building contract in writing is complete in itself as to the parties, terms, conditions and stipulations, an alleged contemporarneous oral agreement that the building should be of a certain tensile strength, cannot be shown to vary the written agreement except by evidence which is clear, precise and indubitable.</p>
