<p>Replevin — Set-off—Bailment—Promissory note.</p> <p>In an action of replevin to recover possession of a piano leased under a contract of bailment upon which default had been made, the defendant cannot set off the amount of a promissory note executed by the plaintiff and owned by defendant.</p>
