Syllabus

<p>Where it appears on an appeal from a.deoree dismissing exceptions to an account reported, that the account was stated in accordance with the preliminary decree ordering an account, and the evidence upon which the preliminary decree was based is not supplied, that decree will not be revised or corrected by the Supreme Court.</p>
