<p>Appeal — Jurisdiction—Amount Involved — -Law or Equity — Decision on Certiorari Prom Justice. Under Const., art. 4, § 4, denying to the supreme court appellate jurisdiction in civil actions at law for the recovery of money or personal property when the amount in controversy does not exceed the sum of $200, the supreme court has no jurisdiction of an appeal from a judgment of the superior court affirming, on a writ of certiorari, a judgment of a justice of the peace in an action at law in the sum of fifty dollars.</p>
