<p>Customs Duties — Classification—Silk Powdeb — Manufactubes of Silk —Similitude.</p> <p>Held, that a powder made from raw silk, which is used in the manufacture of wall paper and artificial flowers, Is dutiable under paragraph 391, Schedule B, § 1, Tariff Act July 24, 1897, c. 11, 30 Stat. 187 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1670], as manufactures of silk, or is at least so dutiable by similitude, under section 7 of said act (30 Stat.'205 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1693]).</p>
