<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Railroads — Constitutional Law — Equal Protection of the Law— Statute ■ Allowing Attorney Fee Valid. The provision of the act relating to the furnishing of cars by railway companies to shippers of freight (Gen. Stat. 1909, § 7203) which allows shippers to recover attorney fees in actions successfully prosecuted under the act does not deny the railway companies the equal protection of the laws guaranteed by the federal constitution because they are not allowed attorney fees if they are successful in such suits or because they are not allowed attorney fees in actions successfully prosecuted by them against shippers for the detention of cars contrary to the reciprocal provision of the act.</p>
