<p>Unfair Competition—Preliminary Injunction.</p> <p>Although unfair competition, by simulating the dress of complainants’ goods, is apparently shown, a preliminary injunction will not be granted, where it appears that defendant has publicly used the same dress for many years.</p> <p>[Ed.
