<p>Evidence — Parol evidence — Judgment note — Sale.</p> <p>In an action to determine the validity of a judgment note given as part payment for a bottling establishment, defendant may prove by parol evidence that the number of bottles in the hands of customers was much less than the number represented to him by plaintiff, the number of such bottles not being stated in the bill of sale.</p>
