Syllabus

<p>1. Limitation of Five Tears.—One who has conveyed the land of which he is in possession thereby precludes himself from claiming title thereto under the statute of limitation under a deed prior in date to his conveyance.</p> <p>2. Practice—Findings—Exceptions.—When exceptions are taken to the judgment below the appellant is not precluded from attacking toe findings of the trial judge, even though exceptions were not taken to the findings.</p>
