<p>Death—Action by Parent—Contributory Negligence—Evidence —Sufficiency. The negligence of parents in permitting a child six years of age to cross the tracks of a switch yard in front of their home, frequently used hy the railroad company, and leaving her there to play unattended, precludes any recovery for the death of the child, who was run over by a train in switching cars.</p>
