Syllabus
<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>An order for the sale and delivery of flour is properly transmitted by mail, unless the purchaser instructs that it be made by wire.</p> <p>The rule requiring an order for the immediate delivery of flour to be filled within three days means within three days when the bags are supplied by the mills, but within three days from the delivery of the bags to the mill when they are to be furnished by the purchaser.</p>
