Maritime Liens — Contracts of Master — Liability of Ship for Breach.</p> <p>A contract by tbe master of a ship to return a steamer hired for a tow-age service in as good condition as when she entered upon the service creates no lien upon the ship, and gives no right of action against her for injuries received by the steamer.</p>
