Syllabus
<p>Journal entry: It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said court of appeals be, and the same hereby is, reversed; and the court finds from the facts conceded by the pleadings in the case that the plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for in its petition.</p> <p>It is further ordered and adjudged that the cause be remanded to the court of appeals with instructions to enter judgment in accordance with the above finding. — Reporter.</p>
