Syllabus
<p>1. A note bearing interest at the rate of ten per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, is not usurious.</p> <p>2. In the absence of a bill of exceptions, upon a trial before a jury, it will be presumed that there was evidence supporting the plaintiff’s demand for an attorney’s fee, that the judgment awards.</p>
