Syllabus

<p>Sales — Contract—Warranty—Construction—Damages. A contract for the sale of lumber providing that “it is understood” that no lumber should be below a specified grade, constitutes a warranty of quality, entitling the purchaser to damages for delivery of inferior quality.</p>
