<p>Railroad—Lease of—Liability of lessor.-—Where railroad company has, by legislative authority, leased its road and transferred the exclusive possession and control thereof to another company, it cannot be held liable for injuries thereon sustained by a servant of the lessee through the lessee’s negligence.</p>
