Syllabus

<p>Ejectment — Rule to bring action — Laches—Quashing writ of ejectment.</p> <p>Where a person is ruled to bring an ejectment, as provided by the Act of March 8, 1889, P. L. 10, 'as amended by the Act of April 16, 1903, P. L. 212, and he fails to do so until more than six months have expired from the time the rule was made absolute, and, then, without any permission of the court, he issues a writ of ejectment, such writ will be quashed.</p>
