<p>Patents (§ 328*)—Validity and Inebingement—Tunnel Constbuotion.</p> <p>The Reno patents, No. 723,307 and No. 754,807, for tunnel structures and process of making same by removing segments from the bottom of the iron or steel shell after it is in place and constructing a reinforced concrete girder beneath, to which the shell is anchored, construed, and held not infringed.</p>
