<p>1. Customs Dutves—Canary Seed.</p> <p>Canary seed is not free from duty, under paragraph 656 of the tariff act of 1897 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1687], as “grass seeds,” not specially provided for, but is dutiable at 30 per cent, ad valorem, under paragraph 254 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1650], as “seeds, not specially provided for.”</p>
