Syllabus

<p>From its examination of the evidence in this case this court concurs in the view of the Court of Private Land Claims that a definite location and possession of the grant here in question, prior to the date of the Gadsden treaty, are shown with reasonable certainty, and affirms the decree of that court confirmingthe claim to the extent of the four sitios granted and paid for.</p>
