United Services Automobile Association v. Estep (ORDER)
Syllabus
03/14/2024 Upon consideration of the record, briefs, and argument of counsel, the Court is of the opinion that there is no reversible error in the judgment of the Court of Appeals, holding that there was a tangible nexus between an accident and the insured's use of a vehicle as a vehicle, as loading the trunk compartment was a legitimate and expected use of it. Accordingly, the Court affirms the judgment of the Court of Appeals for the reasons stated in United Services Auto. Ass'n v. Estep, 77 Va. App. 16 (2023).
