Bight to dimidend.</p> <p>Under a non-preferential assignment for the benefit of creditors, providing for the payment of liabilities ratably, a creditor who holds collateral security for his debt is not entitled to dividends upon the face of his claim without crediting the value of the collaterals.</p>
