<p>SYLLABUS (BY THE COURT)</p> <p>1. A tender by a debtor to a creditor (who in good faith asserts that the amount tendered is insufficient) is not good as a tender if it be coupled with such conditions that the acceptance of the same will involve an admission by the creditor that no more is due.</p> <p>P. 165</p> <p>2. The right of redemption, is created by statute and the beneficiary of such legislation must take the privilege burdened with all its restrictions.</p> <p>P. 165</p>
