DIVORCE – R.C. 3105.171 – ABUSE OF DISCRETION – SEPARATE PROPERTY – TRACEABILITY – APP.R. 16(A)(7): The trial court did not err in failing to allocate husband's premarital bank account funds to him as separate property where the evidence of tracing was insufficient to show that the funds remained his separate property. The trial court did not fail to allocate the parties' 2019 tax debt where the court ordered that each party be responsible for and pay any and all additional debts, outside of the debts or liabilities expressly listed by the court, in his or her separate name. Where a party fails to present an argument on an assignment of error that is in accordance with App.R. 16(A)(7), an appellate court may disregard the assignment of error.
