Syllabus

<p>D. purchased a lot of land at sheriff’s sale on execution, and entered into possession and erected certain buildings thereon. On the 25th day of May, 1858, D. removed the buildings. On the same day the buildings were removed, the defendants in execution sold the premises to T., and a day or two after, T. redeemed the lot from the sale, and then brought suit against D. to recover the value of the buildings : Seld, that as there was no evidence that the buildings were attached to the soil, T. can not recover.</p>
