Gift to Mother and Children&emdash;Motive for Gift.&emdash;The gift in this case to a trustee for the use and benefit of a married woman find her children, or for the support of herself and her children, vested the equitable fee in the wife alone. The mention of the children was but the expression of the motive for the gift.</p>
