<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. Action of the Family Meeting Annulled for Cause. — Authority is delegated to the courts to set aside the action of the family meeting and appoint a tutor, if the physical infirmities of the one recommended for the appointment prevent him from managing his own affairs and those of the minor.</p> <p>The physical infirmities of the applicant would prevent him from giving the proper care to a child of five years old.</p> <p>2, Judge's Authority to Appoint Maternal Grandfather. — The applicant for the tutorship, who was appointed, was also a grandfather of the minor; ' there was no necessity of calling another family meeting.
