Syllabus

<p>Mortgage — Bond—Decedents' estates — Distribution—Marshaling assets.</p> <p>The holder of a bond accompanying a mortgage executed by a decedent in his lifetime, is entitled to payment of the amount of the bond out of the general estate of the decedent, unless demand is made that the land shall first be exhausted by a sale under the mortgage.</p>
