<p>Railroads—Crossing Accident—Liability.</p> <p>. Right o£ one to recover for collision of a train with his automobile at a highway crossing depends on failure of the company, constituting proximate cause of the accident, to exercise reasonable care and diligence to warn him of the approach of the train, and the fact that he used ordinary prudence, care and diligence to avoid the accident; the degree of care and diligence required of each increasing with the danger of the crossing.</p>
