<p>Municipal Corporations—Liability por Injuries caused by Defective Streets. —Incorporated cities are not liable for injuries sustained by private individuals through the neglect of the officers charged with the duty of keeping its streets in repair. In this respect they are not distinguishable in principle from counties.</p>
