Syllabus

<p>The issues in this case were substantially decided in the suit between the same parties in the state courts of Illinois decided in the Circuit Court of Marion County August 9,1883, and affirmed by the Supreme Court of the State, January 25, 1888; and, so far as the plaintiff sets up a new claim here, it is, if not barred by the statute of limitations, too stale to receive favor from a court of equity.</p>
