<p>SYLLABUS (BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Bank — Crediting Money of Principal Deposited in Agent’s Name on Agent’s Note-without Notice. Under the facts stated in the opinion it is held that a bank which, with permission from the depositor, credited a deposit upon his note, was not charged with notice that the money was derived from the sale of a third person’s property made by the depositor as agent.</p>
