Toledo v. Gaines

Syllabus
Court's suggestion that it would consider sentencing the defendant only to pay costs if she completes an anger management program prior to sentencing does not make the program part of her sentence such that the court failed to advise her of her appellate rights pursuant to Crim.R. 32(B), which itself would not apply because she was not convicted of a \serious offense.\ Convictions are not against manifest weight of the evidence where they are supported by the credible testimony of the City's witnesses.
