<p>Beneficial Associations — Foreign Corporations ■— Jurisdiction of Courts — Cancellation of Certificate. The courts of this state have no jurisdiction to interfere with the internal affairs of a foreign beneficial association, by enjoining the officers of the society, at its headquarters in the state where it exists as a corporation, from taking action in the threatened cancellation of the certificate of a member of the society in this state, notwithstanding the society has an authorized agent in this state upon whom service of process can be made, under 3 Rem. & Bal. Code, § 6059-222.</p>
