<p>Contract — Construction of contract — Quality of product.</p> <p>Whore a contract stipulates for a royalty on a particular quality of steel, the manufacturers cannot be compelled to account for royalties on steels of other qualities, although in making such steels they have made use of a part of the process used in making the steel upon which the royalty is payable.</p>
