Syllabus

<p>1. Exemption. Work horses. Oocle 1892, § 1963, sul). 9, par. (a).</p> <p>Under Code 1892, §1963, sub. 9, par. (a), exempting two work horses from execution, animals used by a manufacturer in driving from his home to his place of business, in taking his family on pleasure drives, and, occasionally, to make business trips, are not exempt.</p> <p>2. Same. Oocle 1892, §1971. Selection of-personal property.</p> <p>Under Code 1892, § 1971, entitling every householder in a municipality to select as exempt from execution personal property not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars in value, the exemptionist may make selection according to his taste and judgment.</p>
