Syllabus

<p>Where an attachment bond purports to be signed by the plaintiff •in the suit, hy an attorney in fact, the court will not sustain-a motion to quash the bond for this supposed defect. If the attorney in fact had no authority to sign the plaintiff’s name, this can only be taken advantage of by plea in abatement, if it can be taken advantage of at all.</p>
