Juvenile court's decision to unilaterally convert a scheduled pretrial hearing into a full custody hearing, thereby granting legal custody of the parties' child to mother in father's absence, without notice that such an order may result from the pretrial hearing, and without affording Father an opportunity to be heard on the matter was a denial of procedural due process.
