<p>1. Jurisdiction — Account—Chattel Mortgage. — The Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction of an action on account for goods sold after a claim and delivery suit, under a chattel mortgage given to secure the account had been dismissed, because prematurely brought.</p> <p>2. Estoppel — Res Judicata — Account—Chattel Mortgage. — A party is not estopped from suing an account because an action had been prematurely brought under a chattel mortgage given to secure it, which action had been dismissed.</p>
