Syllabus
Landlord made reasonable efforts to re-rent property following tenant's breach of rental agreement, thus trial court's decision denying damages was against manifest weight of evidence. Landlord entitled to damages for unpaid utilities for periods where tenant's usage could be ascertained. Tenant not liable for damage to property where landlord failed to inspect prior to tenant taking possession. Landlord entitled to lawn maintenance expenses incurred after breach.
