The trial court did not err in denying appellant's objections to the court's issuance of a domestic violence civil protection order where appellant failed to provide the trial court with a transcript of the evidence submitted at a full hearing or an affidavit of that evidence, as required by Civ.R. 65.1(F)(3)(d)(iv).
