<p>Negligence — Railroads—Grade crossing — Stop, look and listen.</p> <p>In an action against a railroad company to recover damages for the death of the plaintiff’s husband at a grade crossing, a verdict and judgment for plaintiff will be sustained where the evidence, although contradictory in character, tends to show that the deceased stopped, looked and listened at the only point where a train could be seen ; that he then drove upon the track without stopping again, and that the train which struck him gave no signal of its approach.</p>
