<p>Mandamus to Judge.—Mandamus will not Lie to Compel the sustaining of a motion for judgment made by petitioner in an action in the trial court, and to permit him to prove certain allegations of his complaint, appeal being the proper remedy, if such rulings be erroneous.1</p>
