<p>Infants. Contracts. Rescission.</p> <p>A court of equity, at the suit of an infant, seasonably instituted, will, because of her infancy, cancel a contract made by her for the erection of a house, and a deed of trust given by her to secure the unpaid contract price, and decree a return of the cash payment made by her on the contract, less compensation to the builder for expenses Toona fide incurred in carrying out the contract.</p>
