<p>¡Patents — Validity and Infringement — System of Electrical Distribution.</p> <p>Tbe Thomson and Rice patent, No. 413,293, for a system of electrical distribution especially adapted to. lighting purposes, and having for its objects to run translating devices in series and in multiple on one and the •same system and from one and the same source of supply, was not anticipated, and discloses invention. Also held, infringed as to claims 1, 3, 4, and 6.</p>
