Syllabus
<p>There being submissible evidence, in an action of ejectment, that the plaintiff, and those under whom he claimed, had exercised continuous, visible and notorious acts of ownership over the lands in dispute, under color of title and with well marked and known lines, for twenty-one years before suit brought, it was not error to refuse to direct a verdict for the defendant, though the paper title of the latter was the better of the two.</p>
