<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>An agent must follow the instructions of his principal, or be liable for such damages, resulting froln their violation, as were reasonably contemplated.</p> <p>The judgment in favor of the plaintiff is reduced from $237.20 to $232.20, and the judgment dismissing the reconventional demand is reversed, and judgment is now rendered in favor of defendant and against the plaintiff for $38.50.</p>
